Welcome to the main event this September 17th. We have planned another great event for you this year so hang on and get ready for the perfect day on the perfect lake. Of course, we are very appreciative for all of your support towards finding a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. As promised, all event proceeds go to JDRF!
Here are some facts that will help you with answers you might be wondering about for the event.

Savanna

    • Registration can be done by calling 928-645-5900 ext.5065 until September 15th. After that it must be done at the marina village store in person.

 

    • The registration fee is $150. This includes 1 poker hand for the boat, dinner for 2 and 2 T-Shirts. We do not have a separate fee for just the poker run.

 

    • An extra hand can be bought for more people on each boat for $25. Extra T-Shirts will cost $20.

 

    • Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. we will have a drivers meeting on the docks in front of the Marina Village.

 

    • We will then start the Poker Run by classes with emphasis placed on speed and hull design. You will be asked at registration for vessel info to help us put you into classes best suited for you.

 

    • An extra card (up to 2) can be bought at the marina village for $10 after your 5th card is received.

 

    • The dinner will be an Alaskan King Crab Boil with homemade trimmings and fresh desserts.  For additional guests and general public wishing to join the auction, the price will be $28 per plate.

 

    • Live Music will be provided the entire weekend.

 

    • We will be auctioning off a houseboat share on Red Rock Retreat courtesy of Sunrise Peak. Please check out their website to see pictures of the houseboat. The week available is July 24th – July 30th. The bidding will start at $10,000 and our goal is $15,000 for the share. A ‘Buy It Now’ option is available for $15,000. The bidding will start online, if we don’t hit $15,000 online by September 10th, the share will become available for the live auction Saturday night.
